Cate Adams

Cate is based in the Kirk of St Nicholas, but serves the whole city centre, with her main focus being the retail sector. She is part of Scottish Churches Industrial Mission which is a group of men and women, paid and voluntary, ordained and lay people, who feel called to a challenging ministry in the workplace.

The chaplains visit work places to speak with, listen to and affirm people at all levels, of all faiths and none, seeking to relate the Gospel and bring Christian values to relationships, methods of work and work – life situations

Lonely, angry, sad, hurt or just need someone to talk to. Why not get in touch? I offer a friendly ear to listen to you in total confidence. You don’t have to belong to any particular church, or believe in God to talk to me. You may be of any faith or culture or just plain curious.

I try to pop in to most of the shops in the Bon Accord – St Nicholas Centre every month or so but if you want some privacy give me a ring and we can meet anywhere you feel comfortable with.
